I would like to share my personal experience with the well known Barclaycard.
I trust lots of you are Barclaycard customers too. I am a former Barclaycard customer now.
Why am I a former customer who does not want to use Barclay’s financial services?
Barclays Bank PLC is a high street bank offering financial services to its customers including personal banking, loans and credit cards. As a loyal Barclaycard customer, I have received a letter stating that my credit limit will be increased from 20th of July. I have never asked for my credit limit to be increased but I was happy to have more funds available just before my summer holiday. Unfortunately, on the date mentioned – 20th of July, I have noticed that my credit limit was not increased as promised. As I contacted them, I was informed that the reason for this was a change in my circumstances before the due date, for which reason I was not informed. I was so totally disappointed with Barclaycard’s explanations and customer service that I have decided to close my account with them straight away. I am a valued customer and the bank should provide professional financial services to its customers to satisfy and keep them loyal. Every bank should value its customers. Your bank must provide excellent and professional financial services in order to keep you as a customer. Every customer should be valued and treated with respect. The UK banking industry is so huge and highly competitive, that you can easily switch your banking provider. Each bank is “fighting” for every single customer.
Do not compromise! Work with professional only!
